OK, do we mean married or unmarried couples ?
Need to look at the line and read the question carefully - provide the answer that is asked for in the question.
The lines going across are at 50 000 intervals, which are fairly large. Use a ruler to measure !
Look at the trend or slope on the line...

i would say that 11500 couples occupied households in 1991 and 2006, however by 2021 the number of households occupied by couples isn't expected to change, but the number of unmarried couples is expected to increase.
A good answer Aaron, but if you look carefully at the scale, the units are in thousands.
There would be 11 500 000 households occupied by couples.
Good of you to have a go, but with the weather as it is today you might as well be doing some Geography revision. Enjoy work experience !
